Sorry I haven’t been active on this blog for a while, because I’ve been super busy at school. But I weighed myself this morning and i’ve made some progress!
Start weight: 196.2
Previous weight: 188.0
Current weight: 187.0
I think i’m gaining muscle though, because I’ve been dancing a lot and I think my legs look more muscular. My dance competition is in three weeks! Ahhhh! :)
Making reminders for myself.
So apparently I gained 3 pounds since Friday…I don’t know what happened.

Kind of discouraged, but it was my first weekend back at college so hopefully on Friday i’ll see more progress…guess i’ll have to hit the gym more than i thought.
I feel like that’s too low…ah well, it’s hard to estimate and i could be underestimating how much i ate today. Even so, 45 minutes of Zumba and 2.5 hours of dance class really burn those calories! I feel sore and exhausted but happy.
First day of classes went well, i like all of my professors and I really like having back to back classes so i can get them over with all at once.
I forgot to weigh in this morning, so I will post my weigh-in tomorrow!

Weigh-in was today, and I was expecting to at least lose a pound, but it was exactly the same as it was last time, 185.5. i guess it’s good it didn’t go up, but i really wanted to lose a little more before going back to school tomorrow.
soooooooooo…i binged again -_-
i need to keep in mind that bingeing doesn’t help me feel better at all…
Actually not hungry at all…I know I need to eat though, because I get really shaky if i haven’t eaten enough. I feel so motivated though! I can’t wait to get back to school and check out the new gym! :D

So after yesterday being a SETBACK (NOT a failure) I resolved to do really well today to make up for it and I have! I was 150 calories under my goal, and I did strength workouts for 35 minutes in addition to practicing saxophone, doing work for my mom, and doing laundry!
All in all, a full day - I’m excited to get back to school on Saturday, but there are still so many things that need done! Also, excited/nervous for weigh-in on Friday :x
